Chef Michell Torres has been cooking her whole life! As Executive Chef for over 10 years, in kitchens from a bed & breakfast, a sportswear company, a private home, her pop-up supper club, and most recently as culinary consultant for a new concept cafe in California.

She recently returned home to the PNW, and is excited to back!

Her style is simple, ingredient driven,”Euro-comfort” food. A mother of two grown sons, she understands a little about connecting with kids. Utilizing her culinary skills along with personal & professional experiences, she is focused on helping others create the opportunity to begin a career in food service. She is passionate that everyone should know how to feed themselves at the very least; she knows that when they can do this....they feed others.
